Weird issue with an Afghan Kush clone!

I seem to have an issue with this Afghan Kush clone. I have never seen this before and it doesn't seem to have a negative effect on the plant. It almost seems like a mutation with the pigment or something like that. Maybe somebody here has seen something like this and can let me know what's up.

I've had entire plants do that and it never affected a thing just weird looking. I never figured out what the hell was causing it.

Cool thanks! I kind of like the way it looks so I'll probably keep this one as a mother. Since you have experienced something similar, have you seen the flowers show the same pigment "mutation" as the leaves or do you think this is exclusive to the leaves?

Even if it is on the buds the only time you will see it is when it is growing since the leaves get trimmed off at harvest.

This mutation, if it is one, is probably not advantageous. Chlorophyll is green for a reason.

No I don't think it's advantageous, but I don't think it has a negative effect either if that's what you are implying.
I have 2 AK clones and the one with the "mutation" is outpacing the one without, and is now almost twice the size. I don't think that the "mutation" is what is making it outpace the other, but if there was a negative effect because of a lack of chlorophyll or something to that nature, I don't think it would be as healthy as it is nor do I think it would be outpacing the other AK clone.
Out of all my clones (12), the AK with the "mutation" is easily in the top 3 of most healthiest and vigorously growing of the bunch.

it almost looks like a variegation of the leaf
in other plants that were bred that way usually don't grow as fast as the solid green ones
but that doesn't seem a concern of yours
looks cool man
I had one last year that started out as like a tri whirl kind of thing going on
when I topped it though it had 6 tops
