6k watt grow 5

Whats up growerites. I haven't done a log in a bit so i thought I'd toss one up.
I've got 30 plants under 6k watts of hps. They're in 15 gal pots with sunshine #4 mix is the medium. I'll be running AN's full line w/ sensi A + B as my base nute. The plants were just moved into the flower room yesterday. I watered yesterday with some b vitamans and beneficial bacterias. I'm letting them adjust to the hps's for a few days. As soon as the pots dry up I'll be feeding flowering nutes and flippin the lights.
I will most likely be adding another 2k watts. As you can see from the pics they're a little cramped to begin with.
Day 7 of 12/12
The plants have grown a bit in the past week. I fed them their second round of flowering nutes yesterday. I still have to stake up the second half of the garden. I'm staking up every single branch that is at the top of the canopy. It's a pita, but it'll be nice not to have to worry about buds fallen all over the place in the last few weeks of flower.
Getting my co2 tanks filled today.
Day 14 of 12/12
The plants are looking great. Not too much to look at yet. Its already gettin frosty up in here. I'll snap a few more pics tomorrow. I can't wait to see how things look in 7 weeks.
Day 21 of 12/12
Snapped a pick tonite with the lights off. They're lookin happy. I picked up 3 x 600w setups and an 8" vortex the other day. it's starting to get a little tight in there. I hope to get the lights up by mid week.
I made some full melt bubble today. Needless to say I am very fucking stoned right now.
day 33 of 12/12 . . .
Just a quick update here. The plants are finally stopping the stretch and are beginning to swell. A little less than six weeks until the chop. now it's time to watch these bitches pack on some weight!!!
63(ish)day of flower
It's been a while since my last update and quite a while since I visited the site. Been busy as hell building out another flower room and veg room. I can't wait until the new rooms are finished. Once things get rollin I'll be harvesting every month.
I was down in my room this morning just before the lights kicked on. Snapped a few pics. I'll get some better ones up before i harvest.
The room is lookin great. I'm anxious to see where my yields will be at. This will be my first run with co2 for the full 10wks of flower. I can feel the difference in the density of the flowers compared to my last run with the same strains, but the scale won't lie. I can't wait

whats your electric bill run like 500-700?
looking epic man, i hope to someday have a room like that
also 15 gal pots huh? that seems gigantic....i used 5 gals on plants that ended up around 4ft tall from the soil.....how big do you think these will get?
have any advice on pot size? like a rule of thumb, 1ft tall per gallon or something along those lines?

My power bill averages around 1000.00 to 1400.00 a month depending on time of yr, but I also have 2400 watts in one veg room and 1200 watts in another...they're both runnin 24/7. 15 gal is smaller than I usually run. I used to use 25-30 gallon square pots, but they're kinda a pita to work with. My plants for this grow are a little taller than I'd like. It's gonna be close. If they stretch to close to the reflectors I just dim the my ballasts down a bit.
Plants and pot sizes depends a lot on your style of growing and how much room you have to work with. I transplant my plants 4 times before they hit the flower room and let them veg them 3 weeks in between transplants. I go from solo cups to 1gals...1gal to 3gal ....3 gal to 7gal and then into 15 galllons.

Dam man...hell of a grow. I wish I could do that here but if caught that would easily be 40 plus. I hate this dam state!!! If I dident have family that depends on me I would relocate with the drop of a dime. I will keep checking this and drooling every time! !!!

Forgot to ask. How many plants does maine allow a person to grow? Also can you grow for others and what's the max amount of people you can grow for? Maine ain't to far and it be easier to move to Maine then the west coast....

In Maine patients are allowed 6 in flower and 12 vegging. If you register as a caregiver you can grow for up to 5 patients I believe.

Yes it's definetley full...another week of two and I'll be runnin short on space. Watering, staking and pruning is a fucking pita. I have to slide the first 3 rows down to get to the other half of the room.
Picking up 3 x 600w fixtures tomorrow so these girls don't out of room.

having the pots on wheels would definetly make life easier. Its not too hard to slide them now, but if i could flower out more plants at once I would consider it.

You and me both man! I've never had this much labor involved with a grow. It better pay off.
