Building an LED panel *help needed*

Hey all, was just after a little bit of advice. I just ordered my LED lights and was wondering how i should wire these up. I bought: 4 x 6500K cool white 2 x 430-440nm 4 x 450-455nm 2 x 620-630nm 8 x 640-650nm 6 x 660nm 2 x 730nm
I know that the lower spectrum (430-455nm) lights are more beneficial during veg growth and the higher spectrum (620-730nm)are more beneficial for flowering. Should i wire it up so during veg growth only the whites and 430-455nm are running and when flowering only the whites and 620-730nm are running? Cheers for the help, SxC
Edit: Also i have just noticed some of the lights emit different levels of lumen. should the ratio be in lumen? A ratio of: 1 x 430-440nm 2 x 450-455nm 1 x 620-630nm 4 x 640-650nm 3 x 660nm 1 x 730nm
Seeing as the lumen are as follows the number of lights shall be: 15lm 430-440nm 50lm 450-455nm 80lm 620-630nm 80lm 640-650nm 70lm 660nm 20lm 730nm
21 x 430-440nm 13 x 450-455nm 4 x 620-630nm 16 x 640-650nm 14 x 660nm 16 x 730nm
Are the 730nm all that important that that many are needed?
I am getting these ratios off this website

You usually will want some red going in veg along with the blue, and vice verca in flower. My light has two switches, suppose to be veg and both for flower. The veg side has mostly blue but also a few red. The second adds more red, but I'm not sure how the other spectrums are wired. It seems to do well in veg with just half the diodes, but I usually just go full blast on both veg and flower.

So you reckon just run them all at once?

Ya but its good to have a veg option for seedlings and small plants. Do you know how to wire it all correctly? An extra switch or two shouldn't be too hard depending on your wiring. I would probably go one switch per power supply for the most control.

I've never built one so its really hard to say what is the best and what diodes will work. There are tons of diodes out there and with the same diodes having different efficiency rating, or BIN. the top bin, or U2 (or maybe U3) will be 20% brighter at and run cooler at the same wattage, or something similar to that. They're much more expensive, but they're going to be better for the investment if you want to get the best light source.
Not too sure about the 730's. I know it seems to be accepted that you can benefit from a small amount. My lights have a few in them. My brother just gave me a bunch of 730 spot lamps that I need to read up on to see if they're worth running.
What kind of heat sink are you using?

Not sure if you already have lumen meter -- it would be good for testing your LED panel.
