it'll depend on your substrate. that looks like a potting mix. i would water every other day, let it dry out a bit. twice a day could lead to root rot.
you can tell once you find the right rhythm because the plant will explode with growth.

Strike The Root
I wouldnt necessarily water on a daily schedule because you want the plant/soil to tell you when you need to water. Generally the rule of thumb is wait til the top layer of soil is dry to the touch or the soil starts to pull away from the side of the container leaving a small gap, thats when its time to water. DO NOT OVER DO IT! Overwatering slows down growth and creates an evironment for mold and other unwanted visitors in the growroom.

remember that if it rains real hard and gives the pot a nice soak through, use that as your watering and give it a good 3 days before checking again.
of course this all depends on the weather too, as two hot-as-hell sunny days will dry the pot out faster than a couple overcast days. use your best judgment.
