There are about 275ish energies you continually morph through when practicing martial arts on pot. There are about 5000 kicks, about 2000 semi-stances, and millions of steps. I don't know if it's practical to catalog everything and give it a name and memorize it, especially the energies. You notice after a while that there are about 275 energies and you seem to go through them in a certain order. It could just be the energy in the pot. Martial arts could be unique in allowing you to distinguish these energies.

I was getting pot from the Dead Kids and I got a different kind of pot almost every day. Every variety produced the same 275ish energies. The energies have baffled me for almost 18 years.
