ok i have been adding fert via direcions on the pro grow bottle . did i over feed ??

Possibly, it's not your classic presentation of overfert. If you've been overwatering, there's a possibility it could be damping off.

got ya im going to continue to leave it alone and see what happens .. to be honest i do not know when to start feeding the plant fert .... i waited till it had four real leaves and started feeding slow ...

The soil should have plenty of nutes for a solid 4-6 weeks, depending on how big of a container you are in, also keep in mind that when you transplant to a new container, there's new nutrients available.

Then that has plenty of nutrients for quite awhile. And when watering you need to make sure that you are giving at least a couple of gallons of water each watering.

I give my 5 galloners atleast 3 gallon every water.
