is this powdery mildew???

hey guys just wondering if this is powdery mildew .. or is this more nutrient burn???? the spots look a little yellowish

also I noticed that the leafs look like they are dropping a little.. but the temp has been getting up to 85 degrees .. but that is with the lights both running at 1000 watt... so I dimmed them down to 600 intill Tuesday when I get my two carbon filters then I can hook up a inline fan to each light instead of only having one inline fan hooked up to two lights.. the inline fan is 400cfm.

also if this is nutrient burn... cause I did water/feed last night and upped the dosage.. can I flush tomorrow.. or would that be two much water ???  oh and I do have clearex  on hand.
