Hey striker, welcome to the site
You have to be a RIU member to see the pics..upload them to imgur.com or another hosting site and then link to them here.
I did the first one for you..just took a second.
They should definitely put on some weight in the next few weeks!
Also, don't take this the wrong way...but try to use punctuation in your posts...the first 'sentence' of your OP is borderline unreadable.
Good luck with the grow!

actually i was doing some research on halogen bulbs and they have a color rendering index of 95 which means that they give off light in the entire spectrum and while theyre not ideal for growing because they get so hot they do give off the proper spectrum of light the only bulb that has a higher CRI is incandescent bulbs believe it or not cfls have a cri of like 82 so they do give off the whole spectrum as well...you can tell what spectrum a light gives off by holing a CD up to the bulb and looking at the rainbow it makes for example when you hold a cd up to a 2700k cfl the rainbow is largely red and only a very little bit of blue and when you hold it up to a 6500k cfl its alot more blue........ Besides theyre like 3 feet away from the plants...i just put them there to try to get my little bushes to stretch a little

I see what yer saying. But plants don't need the whole spectrum for healthy growth. I've seen people use halogen solely for growth, and plants don't do well with them. That's putting energy into a light that isn't efficient. I would recommend just adding more floro. And if you wanted them to stretch just veg longer or put the lights farther away from your plants.
