Ok I have been flowering my NYC Diesel for a long time now, its super slow! I think I've hit 120+ days of FLOWER! anyways my trichromes are about 90% cloudy and 10% amber, however new batches of white hairs have been exploding out and I thought she was just about ready!? You can see the picture of my nugs in my grow log HERE! What would you guys recommend to go ahead and harvest or wait for these new batches of white hairs to recede! I want to harvest when they are the biggest and most potent! I don't want to pre-maturely harvest them after this long of waiting!!!!
Also, it sounds like you got a very sativa dominant phenotype. Sativas, more than indicas, have harvest "windows", after which the plant sometimes continues new growth patterns. In this case, the more mature pistils are going to be a better indicator in conjunction with trichome coloration. Since it is a sativa dominant plant, you could even harvest now at 10% amber to really accentuate that aspect of the plant's psychoactivity. In fact, if you're truly seeing 0 clear trichomes, I definitely advise giving her the chop.
