Well to start you are going to have to wire in more outlets on their own circuit breakers. And you need to be looking at the Amp load more so than how many volts you are using.
I would recommend going down to home depot, they have some great books there on electrical work, they make it very simple and easy to understand how to setup new outlets with their own circuit breakers and what not. Which is going to definitely be needed for big of a grow.
Have you grown before? Do you know what it's going to take to run this size of a grow?

It goes over everything you are asking about.

The amount of work and attention it takes to maintain an indoor garden. As well as the chance for failure trying to start out this big. I usually recommend starting small and working your way up.

And wiring your own outlets to circuit breakers is super easy. It's just a positive, a neutral, and a ground wire. Use a 20 amp circuit breaker and you can run 2 1000 watt lights per outlet.
