has anyone ever seen upside down grown plants?
apparently they grow much faster because the nutrients drain downwards toward the plants when you water them, which increases growth exponentially
i don't know what plants this has been done with, or if it's been done with cannabis
but i don't know

Yes I have heard of it and I have seen it done with amazing results.
EDIT: Altough the guy who did it had good results I remember it took him a long time to get it right and he kept getting into problems with the rooting/water leaks/etc. Honestly it seems a big pain in the ass.

Yes it would work with weed. The outcome is supposedly bigger/more potent stuff but it has not been proven yet. I currently know someone who is growing vertically
the plants are all growing better then any previous method he has tried and this is his first time growing vertically (If thats what you would call it).
Your biggest concern would be not letting the plants get to big to the point where they could weigh the thing down and result in plant falling or the entire system falling. Water leaks are also a pain in the ass for both methods

Never actually grown myself (Soon though soon)  But I know a lot about it and helped many ppl do it (Been there since germ to harvest). If you wanna make some dank shit but don't wanna venture into some of these crazy new grow teks (vertical/upside down/etc) I would go with a aeroponic system. Once you get them up and running and work out any bugs with the system they are very very easy to operate and produce some DANK product. But IMO nothing tastes better then some all natural soil grown. If it's for personal use I would go soil but if your looking into anything else hydroponics is where it's at

well it's personal, and i love soil grown shit, but the problem is i can never get the damn things to grow into a tree before harvest lol
i grew some bad ass shit last year, some of the stickiest bud you can smoke, all 7 grams of it! it made a great victory but didn't last very long
i just want to race against changing sun patterns of nature. i can't deal with a flowering plant that's only 2 feet tall.
how does aeroponics work?
i'm thinking of setting up a little closet grow
anyways, i can transplant them to soil with aeroponics if i want, right?

If you are looking for a good plant with a very very quick grow I would suggest you taking a look at some of the auto-flowering strains that are out there (Lowryder)...The high is great and you can get around 1 Ounce per plant if you know what your doing.

B vitamins help plants create enzymes to metabolize there food.

yeah
my upcoming grow im going to use b-52, canna coir a/b, and final phase for 1st week of flushing.
im thinking of trying out some of the other non essential nutrients/additives from advanced too. like wet betty.

yeah, i'm thinking of trying out some of that b-52 shit, with a few tablespoons of brown sugar and some miracle grow in ever gallon of water i use
i like to use between 25-50 drops of miracle grow every time i water the plants when they get a little bigger, with 2 or 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and some of those b-vitamins i'm hoping this goes well
or should i just use molasses and miracle grow? i've heard molasses has b-vitamins in it or something

I wouldn't use miracle grow fertilizer at all.
If I used miracle grow soil i'd bake it first to kill eggs also.
