Cloning light?

I am currently using a simple 100watt balb. It just doesent seem to be making the clones seek nutrients like im told its supposed to.
Im looking for a cheap light for cloning in rockwool in a humidity dome.
My plants are currently droopy looking but not dying off. staying nicely green, almost like they are healthy but weak. I ended up killing one by pulling it out of the rockwool and looking at the base, the rooting seems to be working but its been 4 weeks. I am assuming this is because they aren't getting enough light to want to grow?

Yes, if it's just a 100 Watt incandescent bulb then they definitely need more light.
Here's a couple lights that are good for seed starting/vegetative growth.

your standard 4ft t8 shoplight will work just fine for cuts and mothers.

im right at capacity now. maybe a little over and i have (4) 24" T5 bulbs, and (2) 23watt CLF bulbs. all 6500k of course. i keep my clone dome in there (towards the back out of direct light at first since they need low light high humidity till they have roots), and about (15) solo cups, and (3) one gallon pots. total cost around $100 at home depot.
