Is there a app site like pirate bay? Where you can get pay apps for free?
I'm looking for one in particular called SuperSU Pro?

It's been quite some time since I got free apps, but yeah, they're definitely out there.
I believe you'll wait to search for the app with the extension ".apk" at the end. Download to your phone. Make sure you have the box checked that says install from outside sources. Search in a file manager (I use astro file manager) click and install.
There should be YouTube guides, maybe even one for your specific phone. Take all the precautions you would with torrents of course. It sounds kinda confusing but you should be able to do it in less than 5 minutes.

When you buy a smart phone you are not the administrator on the phone. It makes you a super user as it's called and you can grant permissions to certain apps that are not suppose to be allowed on smart phones. One is a record a call app that records both sides of the phone call clearly. You not suppose to do that and the phone will try and kill a program that does that (recording from the inside line of the phone and not just the speaker). This allows me to override that kill command and use the program or app as there called.
In order to use the SuperSU app you must have a rooted phone or your gonna kill it. The phone store won't be happy if they have to try and fix your phone cause you tried to root it to put on programs your not suppose to. With a crazy ex-wife and some other things that I do I needed this to work on the new Galaxy S3.

When you root your phone you have super user permission. So I'm not sure why you need that app. Does it have tools in it?

It adds some stuff to the superuser. One of them is called survival mode. It will keep superuser access even across ota updates.
