 Anyone familar with the program "Autoit"

Looking for someone proficient in the program Autoit or another automation program.
I'm looking for someone who can hold my hand and guide me into the right direction with this program. I've got some seemingly simple tasks that I want to automate.
I'd like to optimize pixel recognition / matching images with the program distinguishing which is a match and which accurately and as quickly as possible.
I'd like help with other various things with this program, if you can help me I could quite possibly compensate you for your time.

I know about it as well, but have never used it. C/C++/C# are my strongest languages.
