I cannot find in any marijuana community that could answer this question professionally, its either a yes you can, or nope not possible. Would a very small grow space with the dimensions of 1.5' as width, 1' as length, and 2' as height be sufficient to grow 1 marijuana plant(or more if it is somehow possible [doubt it]) in this area? Yes I am LSTing and no, i do not want to grow autoflowers, i want to experiment on growing sativa or indica? Possibly white widow. So please if anyone has a legitimate answer please hmu ASAP. Much appreciation thank you. =) PEACE

Of course you can. You just need to flower it right off the bat. No veg time.

CFL's could work just fine. I would give it a week or so of veg time.

hey man.
i just am nearing the finish of my grow box. I have a 1.2sqft cab that is the old base of my fish tank. Converted it into a stealth style grow box.
It is possible. Currently i am running at 82-85degrees(under the light at the top of the planter box) running 3 x 23w(2700k) and 2 x 23w(6500k) and 1 x 42w(2700k). All of them are connected on a power strip with y connectors. Those y connectors are then connected to a e27 socket to wall outlet plug.
That means I am running a total of 157watts in 1.2sqft.
The main issue with small cabs is ventilation. You have to have good ventilation otherwise the box will overheat and you will have a roasted box. You must also consider placement of your box. Will it be outside or indoors? What is ambient temp outside the box? Mine is 75 on average, meaning my box is 7-8 degrees above ambient temps.
Taking that, if my room raises 5-8 degrees ANY time of the day, then my box and plants will not be happy. I suggest to run your box for a few days before planting any plants to get a feel of how hot it gets and how cool it gets. I would also suggest checking it every few hours and writing down the start time, the current time and the temp. That will give you good info for later use in case something goes wrong.
Once you get a plant in it, you might want to look at CO2 injection. Can do a small DIY setup which is super simple(bottle with a tube running into the cab, filled with water, yeast and sugar produces CO2).
Hope some of this info helps.
Here is a thread i just started. Dont mean to hijack yours, just giving you a reference of what i've done. It is a repost from ICMag because i dont have the time to rewrite it all...but will get to it eventually.
