how many lumens are good enough for seedlings? im using 4 13 watt cfls. ik you need more for an accual grow but im putting the out soon i just want to know if i gave them a healthy start.

For just seedlings, yea. Once they put out their first real leaves, start hardening them off under an HID.

my outdoor plants i usually start outside, nature knows best and there's no hardening off to deal with
