I think Bontanicare has a startup kit for like $40. If you mean with lighting included, check around the various hydro sites online.
Start to finish highly depends on the strain and how long you veg for, but a nice average number would prolly be 12 weeks, seed to chop. Could be up to 17 or with an autoflower as little as 8. It really depends on other factors.

i was thinkin about ordering some white widow seeds from amsterdam
they have 30 seeds for $100
each seed could produce 28 gr
wouldn't be a bad investment

Well, theres a lot of different seed banks. 30 seeds for $100 seems a bit low for quality genetics...er, at least at reputable banks.
And I wouldn't hold your breath on a harvest weight before you figure out what it is you're doing. The age old "don't count your eggs before they hatch"...

I would recommend The Attitude.
I got some seeds from them, arrived pretty quickly.
They are pretty expensive compared to 30/$100, it could be $50+ for 10 seeds. However, that's actually kinda reasonable.
Also, yield depends on A LOT of factors. You can have superb genetics and end up with a half oz of weed that is unpleasant and weak. You could also get 3 ounces of primo top quality stuff from a bag seed grow. It really just depends on all the factors like lighting, what you are growing it in, stress, ect.

Really, if you are serious about starting a new hobby, just read as much as possible. Theres nothing I can type up for you to summarize things enough. I've been at it for the last 4 years and I sill learn a lot of stuff every single day. I've done hours and hours and hours of reading.
Just search up some newbie guides and read all of them. If you're more of a visual person, there are a lot of video guides out. My personal favorite was the one with the guy who painted himself green
