Anyone ever give them a try? I got a couple different ones downloading right now along with some new tunes. Figured I would try something new for this next mushroom trip. Figure I will wake up early tomorrow and take a couple grams and see where it takes me
I am thinking Eragon on audio book is going to be pretty dope. Just close my eyes and draw my own visuals for the narration

never got into harry potter, it was right after my age group really. I grew up with Goosebump's novels
only audio book I can recommend is the "inheritance cycle," it's a set of 4 books starting with Eragon. Eragon is a must read if you havent heard of it

Um I usually don't listen to my books however I had a Stephen King's The Mist cassette I got one year for christmas when I was kid. Uhhhh because even back then I think my family knew there was something wrong with me.
The audiobook itself is almost a fully produced play. It was awesome! I wish I still had that cassette.

I like books and reading, I just get sick of holding the book and/or trying to get comfortable somewhere to read.

The kindle has a speak option that reads the book for you... uhh they haven't perfected the technology yet and it sounds a lot like a speak and spell or that program they used to have for macs that talks when you type words. You can however choose male or female and the speed in which they speak which is very amusing when you're bored to tears.

I also really like books and reading, I always loved fantasy the most, its filled with lovely, warm, exciting themes, lots of epic scenarious and the weirdest little things, as if I was walking with a pickle, and some actually tried to kill the pickle, we'd have to defend ourselves with our wits!
An attacker must always be fended off, best without killed and prefferably befriended, this tends to leave a better world for all of us, therefore the pickle is intelligent and does not die, but grows around the defender, while I have a bite.

Yeah I must have read hundreds of those when I was a kid. My family really encouraged reading. My aunt used to say I don't care what you read so long as you're reading. Later on in my teens I would devour Christopher Pike novels.

Is that the Last Vampire series? I read the first one but I must admit even though I've evolved past Pike and after all the things I've read his writing is a little infantile but I still love it. Do you have any suggestions? Wicked Heart was a favorite of mine growing up. What a morbid & macabre book!
