Mine would have to be Siddhartha.
It is such a great book, if you haven't read it then read it now.

Assuming that your favorite book means just one I'd have to say Post Office by Charles Bukowski but I'm pretty sure if I was trapped on a remote island forever then reading this book over and over would probably drive me mad. That's not to say it isn't a really good book too. Of course I could rattle off a dozen more books but this topic said Favorite book? not favorite books.
