These plants had a heavy infection of spider mites about two to three weeks ago. They are Pineapple Kush and they will be 8 weeks tomorrow, 10-21-11. One plant has two dry limbs and the other has one and neither is broken. The trichomes are still clear. Is it ready?
Clear trichomes are not ripe. Most people harvest when trichomes are all milky with 25-50% amber. Some prefer all amber trichomes with their heavy indica varieties. The more amber the heavier the stone more clear/milky makes for a more up high/effect.
