Noobs setup idea

Done much reading but wondering what you think of my setup...
Large chest freezer, completely sealed unit.
Air inlet and air out let
Carbon Filer extracter on the air outlet
250w Flouro lighting (got a bargain deal and like the less heat / closer to plant ratio)
Plan is 4 northen lights plants possibly utilising the simple wick hydro system? If this is gonna be a lot better than soil.
3 months vegging 2 months budding
Plants will be pruned for double heads and to keep bushy.
Any input/ ideas ? Will this be a decent mini setup?

fluro's can and have flowered plants but unless u lollypop them it's going to be tough to keep all the buds close to the lights

Also considering a 30w strip light in the middle to aid the lower section of the plants.
Whats lollipop?

lollypopping is when u cut all the lower branches off (before they have a chance to use up the plants energy while vegging) and then ur left with a giant stem and then some growth on the top, which when flowered, should only bud right at the top, making the plant look like a lollypop (hopefully)
wish I could find the video with a guy flowering all his lollypopp'd plants, he used fluro's (maybe 1000w worth) with some lower kelvin and higher kelvin bulbs combination

problem with fluro's is they can only throw light so far... my suggestion, veg with the fluro's and pickup a Ceramic Metal Halide (400w 4k) and matching ballast to hammer home the flowering, or a 400w hps.
i'm running a vertical setup right now 2X600w MH and HPS
you might be dissapointed trying to flower under the cfl's IMHO... you'll get something but it's not gonna be on the cover of hightimes unless you step up the wattage and perfect your skills

The buds will be all small and leafy?
Hmmmm OK man cheers for the advice.
You must be getting some mean nugs with that setup.
Also do you think its worth building some simple wick hydro system for each of the plants? Is it a lot better than just soil?

Just do a scrog. Yeah you wont have a hell of a yield, but you'll have good smoke that you grew yourself! Years and years ago I grew a few plants under 4- 4ft fluoros and ended up with a very decent end result. It was NOT a yield at all, but it was hella good and nobody complained! All I used was soil, fish emulsion, and those lights.
If it's all you have and all you can use right now, DO it! Don't let anything change your mind! You can always upgrade your system in the next run if your not happy with the results.
