Could i flower my clones as soon as the show signs of good roots?

You could, but it's a waste in my opinion. Letting the clones veg for just a week or two under sufficient light will greatly improve your results/yield. That is my experience, at least.

Okkk thanks ill flower 2 or 3 now and a week with some and then two weeks with the rest to gauge results

It really just depends what kind of grow you are going for. If you're just cloning for a few plants, definitely veg them for a little while, but if you're going for a sea of green technique and have a lot clones, then put them in right after they root.
