Heavy Fox Farms Feeding

I was always told it's best not to use nutrients every week as it can lead to nutrient burn. So I've always done alternated between using Fox Farms nutrients, and plain water with molasses.
This last grow however I've started to use nutrients every watering. I'll be on my 4th watering with only nutrients tomorrow with no ill effects as of yet. As long as I don't see nute burn would it be wise to maybe change my schedule to maybe 3 nutrient waterings, for every plain water, or something similar?
Or are there other ill effects associated with too much nutrient use that I don't know about?

How much are you feeding each time, and about how many days between feedings? I had been feeding 3 tsp of Tigerbloom every other watering (about every 8 days), and at week 6 I started to see nute burn and/or salt build up. I have since cut back.

I follow the pdf:
http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/soilfeed.pdf
They need watering once every three days. So it used to go:
Water/Mol, Dry, Dry, Water/Nutes, Dry, Dry, etc

sorry, only feed every 8 days, so
water, dry, dry, dry, feed, dry, dry, dry, water, dry, dry, dry, feed...
10 inch pots, about 2 gallons.
