What part of the country are you in?? That's gonna help tell us when they revert back to veg.
The plants themselves will suffer a bit since they're going to have to revert back to veggin and then flower again. But this will only more than likely just hurt your yield a little bit. Don't cut the part that are trying to flower. Let em be and your plant should do it's normal thing eventually.

SE USA doesn't really tell me much man. But my guess is that you're starting to hit the longer hours of the day, and that will continue on for awhile.
ETA for reverting back to veg, 3 weeks until they are into full veg mode. But this is all going to depend on what the light cycles are doing in your area right now. Also if your having unusually cloudy weather that wont help any at all.

There is no for sureness about this at all. I have put plants through this intentionally just to mess with them and had no problems what soever.
