Circulation is good. We have an oscillating fan that covers the whole area. I just went to the store and bought SNS-244.

Your plants get hit with any water or nutrient solution? May be a hard water stain on your plants. Powdery mildew is really dusty, the first pic really does look like PM though. If you're able to blow it off quite easily there's a good chance your plants are infected.

Actually it did not fall off really easily. It was kinda stuck on there.
It was from a lower leaf which could have been hit with nute solution.
But to be safe I am going to spray tonight. This spray is organic so I would rather just use it to be safe.

powdery mildew lives up to it's name, so if it didn't rub off easily chances are it's not PM.

Looks like mildew to me! But is hard to tell, pictures are a lil fuzzy.
If it is indeed powder mildew, a simple solution of 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 3 to 4 drops of dishsoap in a gallon of water will cure it. Spritz the leaves with a spray bottle. Just make sure it is not spreading. Spring seems to be the time for mildew to pop up.

Thanks, SpaceMonkey. I wish I had read this before I spent 30 bucks on a spray. The bottle says the active ingredient is thyme oil. Will this stuff work too?

Yes, I think that will work as well. By chance is it Ed's product?
With most of this stuff you will need to monitor ph in soil. Since most of these remedies change ph on the surface of the leaves. Which makes it hard or impossible for powdery mildew to grow. And may change ph a couple points in your soil.
Btw, been tuned to youtube channel and am watching your progress.

I don't think it is a product by Ed. Not sure what that is. The bottle I purchased just says "SNS 244".
Btw, You turned me on to Aquaponics. Been reading about it and hope to try it in the future after I have a few solid grows under my belt.
