Slept on my right shoulder last night. Woke up in a ton of pain and couldn't get back to sleep. I think it's just inflamed. There's no unbearable pain, but it's still pissing me off. You guys ever 'sleep wrong' and wake up with a body part in pain?

When ever I sleep at my gf's house my back gets fucked, my mattress is pretty hard but sometimes it can happen on that too, it ruins my whole day

Also - yeah, I broke my arm when I was younger and never got a cast on it. I used to wake up with it "locked in place" and have to hurt myself real bad to move it.
It still hurts to this day if I sleep on it.

Never really have this happen to me, but I can't sleep on my left side because my left humorus is all fucked up and the bone is at an angle so I can't sleep on that arm. Its not really painful, its just really uncomfortable to the point where I can't sleep because of it.
I was suppose to get surgery to get it re-broken, but there is too high of a risk that they'll slice my radial nerve and pretty much lose function of my arm.

Back pain everyday.... I think its time for a new mattress. Just dont have the money for it

Hahaha, pretty much what I did when I broke mine, docs wouldn't cast it because it was right under my shoulder and its a bitch to put a cast on there, fuckin assholes didn't even give me painkillers. I smoked a lot of ganja that winter

I hear that. My mattress is a piece of shit, and I just got a new one a few years ago. I guess thats what I get for buying the cheapest one I could.

yeah, my mattress is another problem. A new mattress is expensive though. it's got some huge fucking lumps in it. I dont even know where to start with mattress shopping. I will try that heating pad.

My stupid bed doesn't have a head/footboard. So, my mattress slides down all the time and I wake up with my head in the crack between my wall/mattress. Lol I know that can't be good for my neck.

i dont have a "right side" that i sleep on, but i change from left to right back to left about 10 times before i go asleep.
sleeping on my right feels comfortable at first, but then it  so i change to my left side

I used to have problems with my neck being twisted all weird. It would make it very painful to turn it to the left side.
Same goes for a arm, if I sleep on it wrong, the next day its sore as fuck.
I twist up really crazily sometimes when I sleep.

I sleep on a couch. I usually take a couple tylenol pms just to fall asleep lol.

yah dude I hurt my right shoulder in a little scuffle, and if I sleep on it for too long it gets so pain ful I cant move my arm
