That's my plant. Looks like it should come out to a little over an ounce when dried, but I've never done this before, so I guess we'll see.
My phones sucks way too bad to take a nice picture of the trichromes for ya'll, but I assure you they're sugary!
Here's a cute pic of the small unmanicured nug I've got sitting next to me.

I think that, typically, it is better to pick off the leaves and do the trimming before you dry the plant because its a lot easier to manicure that way, and possibly to avoid mold. 
What strain were you growing? Which light and how many watts were you using, and what was the size of your pot and the grow medium?

Well mold isn't a problem here since our average RH is literally below 10%, but I can see your point about manicuring it... might have to do that later today.
It's Afghani trainwreck that was grown in organic soil with earth juice nutes. I had a 250W hps light for the whole grow.
Pretty satisfied for a first try. I've always been a bit of a greenthumb so I wasn't expecting to fail, but these nugs look pretty dank. Can't wait to start round 2!

i'll second the manicure before you dry. The big fan leaves won't be much of a problem, but when you go to manicure the buds you'll see why it's a lot easier to do it wet then dry. You'll also destroy/lose less trichromes this way which means more hash for you in the end (i do hope you're saving your trim to make hash from).

Just finished manicuring everything. the main stem comes in at 11 grams after drying for 2 days... pretty excited for that since I have about 6 more branches of very similar size.

No no, it's definitely still wet, but if it's 11 grams now then that means I'll get at 8-9 out of it by the time it's dry, X6 is a pretty good yield for 1.5 sq feet

IIRC 2/3 of wet cannabis weight is water.
11 gms wet * .66 = 7.3 gms of water
11 - 7.3 = 3.7 gms dry bud.
My math may be wrong on this though.

yeah, but it's at least half dry already. They're in a very well ventilated room, and the nugs are somewhat fluffy.
I dunno, I guess we'll find out when it's done, but I'd be stunned if it was only an eighth from that branch.

heheh i wouldn't! Fluffy nugs = low weight, that's all there is to it.
However, i don't mean to be negative here. I hope that you do get a nice yield from your plant. But my guess as to your total final weight is somewhere between a 1/4-1/2 oz. However im just judging that based on the one pic you have of your plant drying. It's kind of hard to tell with all the fan leaves blocking out the buds, so i could be way off.
Either way, you got some smoke to puff on and that's all that matters in the end

MMm.... done drying. I'm gonna take a shower and then cut the nugs off the branches and report back here with a final weight.
On the upside, I'm really really happy with how this turned out. I just smoked a small bowl (2 hits each) with a friend and I'm almost tripping. We harvested a little early to get the more sativa effect, and shit rocks me.

I need to find a friend with a better camera. All my pictures are taken from my cell phone, and while 2MP isn't bad for a phone, the macro function is completely AWOL
