I get paid nine bucks an hour but I'm going to be demanding a fuckin raise soon for sure.
I work harder than anyone does inside the store AND I bring all the business, its only logical I get a piece of that cashflow back right?

9 dollars isnt that bad dude, but yes you should get paid more. you do bring in all the business, do you by any chance know how much the drivers make? they bring in people too.

The drivers make 9 bucks an hour but some of the drivers get up to like 120 dollars in tips a night. Its insane. I've gotten a few 20 dollar tips and random amount tips a few times though too.

Man, that is a shitty wage for waving a sign! I used to get paid 12.50 an hour in Renton to wave a sign for a new housing complex... It was only on weekends for like 5 hours a day, but it was still a decent check every two weeks...

@ HErb - Before I even got the job I was like "Shit this is gonna be awesome I get to dance and listen to music all day"
My first shift I was just doing simple back and forth twirls, nothing crazy like in the video. After like four weeks I started doing simple throws. I've been doing it since march, and this is where I'm at now :]
Man...if I was getting payed 12.50 an hour for this job....I would be so fucking stoked!
