If you have an MM card is it legal to buy from dealers that sell illegally?

I'm sure the transaction itself would not be considered legal, but once it's in your possession I don't see how they would be able to distinguish it from store bought weed.

Or maybe he's savin a buck or two on some dank headies....instead of paying outrageous dispensary prices.
Dispensary's aren't the only places to get good herb.

I hate to admit it but money is the one thing that decides alot of what I buy(duh I know it does everyone) But is it not why we gather here as well to learn how to make this wonderful plant of god`s. I have a friend in cali and when he tells me how much he spends it blew my mind

Yeah ...mad crazy man. It's a fucking monopoly.
Dispensaries kick off in my state in just a few short weeks. I'm curious to see how the prices of herb will be in comparison to cali.

keep in mind tho that the dispensaries have to pay tax on there product and growing that good of quality of product cost money and time, and also Cali is a higher bracket compared to a lot of the other states. I can go from one state to the one next to mine and there is a difference on cigs and booze, a big difference. When I lived in Iowa we use to go to Missouri to buy our smokes and alcohol because of the price difference. even with the gas cost it was still cheaper and my friends back there say it is pretty much the same, keep in mind I lived 30 mins from the boarder when I was there

I don't understand why people buy from dispensaries. I get "medical grade" bud for $200-250 an ounce on the black market. The prices for good weed at dispensaries start at about $15/gram $50/1/8 oz. $170 half ounce $300/ounce.

People in East Asia pay $50 a gram. That does not mean it is not a rip off.

Here in MI you can buy from an illegal dealer. They are currently trying to change the laws where an illegal dealer could sell to a card holding patient without consequences.

Here in MI street dealers are most of the time cheaper than the dispensaries. Some dispensaries charge from $400-$700 oz. for good meds.

Technically here in MI a caregiver can purchase from the black market to provide for their patient(s). Just a wierd way the law is worded. It doesn't protect the seller (yet), but the purchaser is covered under the AD provided in the law.

from what i was told...the cardholder is legal...the dealer is not...
catch 22. so grow within limits or go to a dispensary if you dont want to deal with shady shit
