Hey all,
So i was looking into getting my medical card in Washington state. I'll be going to them in about two or three weeks depending on when my finances are free.
I was wondering does anyone know what the rule is for selling medical marijuana? i see on craigslist a bunch of people selling and saying its legal under the marijuana law i think. How are they doing this? i thought the sale of marijuana was illegal still?

Seem to me this happens in the city (Seattle, Tacoma, Bellingham, etc) a lot more, and while maybe half way legal, I really doubt the full legality of it.
I think the state allows a person to pay compensation for the medicines cost through a donation. Openly selling weed for profit like a "legal" drug dealer probably isn't what the state had in mind.
There hasn't been many landmark cases where this has come up yet, so for the time being I'd call this people pushing their luck, being said, I doubt even 5% of these people will encounter any law enforcement issues.

Here in Michigan craigslists ads are quite common. Here a registered patient is allowed to do a patient to patient transfer, and is allowed to be conpensated for services rendered. Also all medical sales are "suppose" to be claimed on taxes.
