No, it is not safer at all. It is actually more addictive and it will cause you to rape farm animals and kill your parents.

I keep hearing over and over that my weed blows away dispensary weed, though I have not been to a dispensary in over a year. I do not use pesticides of any kind. I'm not really a dealer though so maybe I'm of no help.
