You can email a lot of companies for free samples. I personally don't but I go to the odd expo and get free samples there. I also frequently get free samples from a friend of mine who distributes hydroponic supplies. I'm personally not interested in samples unless they're enough to actually use. IE. a quart of bloom nutes or more.
Try emailing : Dutchmaster, General Hydroponics, Botanicare, etc, basically any company with a website. Companies based in your country will likely be more successful.
