 Fan Question for 30 Cubic ft area???

So my grow area is 4 x 1.5 and 5 feet tall. I have a hard time keeping the temp below 85. I currently have one 4 inch $6.99 fan sucking cold air in and 2 of the same sucking air out through a carbon filter. I need to up grade, but most inline fans that are $50 - $150 seem to be over kill. Am I wrong?
I was looking at this as an option to suck air out. it seems to be the least in the over kill department that I can find online.

I would recommend a 4 inch inline fan + a variable speed controller. If you can find a deal on a used vortex or elicent inline fan; the latter is the best one they make really. Those 4" move a good 200 CFM a minute so u want the variable speed to decrease it most of the time, and to blast the air out if need be.
Setup the box like this
Intake has nothing on it
Output has the Carbon Filter, then the fan - sucking the air through the Carbon Filter and the exhaust air smells clean.
The intake will be fine with no fans because the inline is so strong it will change out all the air in the area in 30 seconds or so at around half speed.
It might seem overkill, but I'd highly recommend the elicent fan (find a deal somewhere) and a speed controller. Elicent fans are worth the extra buck; trust me. Try craigslist or eBay for the fan; they high quality, last forever.
