 My landlord

Well my landlord is pretty cool with me and my wife. She live about 5 hours away and she showed up I dont normally pay rent till the 1st but I told my wife just to pay half since she was looing for some money and just to get her out of my hair since I have about 12 plants going in the spare bedroom.
So she smokes a bowl with us and drinks a beer. I was in the other room but my wife decides it was a good idea to tell her we were growing I about fliped the fuck out...our landlord said she didnt care as long as we didnt mess up the carpet...
So pretty much as long as she gets rent on time and no calls have to be made to her for stupid shit and we dont mess the carpet  she doesnt care what we do....
Is it good that she doesnt care or be a little more on edge..I know I'll be keeping it in the bac of my mind more that should could use it againist us at anytime....

I would suggest not pissing your landlord off and promise her a "gift" when you harvest. As long as you do that I would not worry much at all.

lol she'll get it HAHA....and yes Tangerines I already had that in mind of a gift for her...Im sure she wont mind it  , just seeing what others say will make me feel better and not as scared about this whole thing

I understand that..for the most part. Yea she shouldnt had told her what we were doing. I know she can use it against us now. But it kinda work out in our favor until she gets the balls and says do this or i'll do this. yea its blackmailing but I dont want to stop. the loandlord seems cool with it for now though.
I justed wanted to know if I should maybe stop or just be less worried and say here is a present for ya.

if it was me I would be very cautious now. True you could be her get out of jail free card. When you move she has got you with the deposit, any damage she has you over a barrel. Here is another one to think of, if you get busted most states can take the property(I know they usually won`t but you never know) First rule is to remain silent on all things that can get you or friends busted.

Yea...This just seems all of a mess...I'm not worried about the cops just as much as her just her blackballing me, if she got the balls for asking more then I can handle or her calling the cops. I found out that she has a friend that grows too so we got him to talk to her too..
my state, growing 10lbs or less = Fel and 1-10yrs jail no fine, off of norml

you just started this grow, you have nothing to lose but a few seedlings as far as your growing goes! however if this person ever decides to get shitty you have a lot more to lose! I do not believe any garden no matter how far along it is, would be worth the prison time you would face!
seedlings or a free life, that is the question.
