help me force flower sativa in the northern hemisphere
i understand  how traditional force flower is done buti have some questions about it.
i think my only option a this point is to force flower my plants if i want them to finish on time

my plants are 3 month  into veg and don't need anther month.
my pants have gotten 16 hours of mixed natural/MH lighting a day.
Now that its summer solstice i am leaving them out side for the remainder of there lives. There is about 15 hour of light out right now on the first f July i plan to cut an hour of sunlight off down to 14 hours a day witch is what they would start to flower at if my predictions are right.

"There is no reason to make this switch gradually." is what i can find online but i would like to have the bag on my scrogs for the littlest amount of time necessary and to create the littlest amount of stress.
if i put the bags on at 8pm July 1st then the natural light cycle should catch up to my FF by the august11Th. make sense??
making the plants think they are a month ahead of time.

w/o force flowering this is what  predict
HS will be ready the beginning of NOV in about 135 days with 13 weeks to flower to full maturity; i would estimate her to flower in about 45 days(about august 10Th).
RD will be ready the end of Sept in about 100 days with 9 weeks to flower to full maturity ; i wold estimate her to flower in about 35 days(about July 30Th).

are there any negative effects of FF. if i cant get to my plants for a day or two to put the bags on in the middle of FF would this mess things up terribly?
any comments or questions you have would help me and be greatly appreciated.

you just want to give them 12/12 for as long as they need flowering time, exact timing too or they can get shocked.
and do not  subject them to any stronger light than what a full moon would give in their dark 12 hours, or else you can easily get hermies.

so i cant just put a bag over an hour before the sun goes down and then take it off when its down?

why cant i give them 14??
and why would that not induce flowering quicker then 15 hours?

The plant really needs that full 12 hours of darkness in flowering. I believe the dark cycle is when the plant creates the hormones for flowering.

and like i said, it needs to have no light leaks also because it will make hermie flowers and pollinate your bud
