So my light cycle kept on getting messed up at the beginning of my grow and its almost time to harvest(60days)and they're definitely not ready to harvest.
I was wondering how long I may have stunted them and when they should be ready.

No one is going to be able to answer when they will be ready. There is absolutely no way for anyone here to be able to determine what you are asking. Get a 30x pocket microscope and keep an eye on the trichomes. This will let you know when they are ready.
