Ya think so?
What if it was another variety of hemp? Then it relatively wouldn't decrease the potency ALOT.

don't sativas get really tall really fast anyway? seems to me the sativa that we all grow is just a more potent version of the hemp variety...
Indica on the other hand...hmmmm

I think hemp cult is quicker because farmers dont allow hemp to flower and therefore can cut it at veg anytime they want. The flowering loosens the hemp's fibers

My outdoor last year was in a woods with a 60% thick canopy. Some light did get to them during the earlier hours, but it didn't get decent light until prolly about 2:00...and after that, the sun went behind at building at like 5.
It stayed short, but got pretty bushy.
The others I did were in better spots.
