Ok so I just planted 14 seeds in cups. Gonna wait for them to grow out a little bit then put them in the ground. Just have a few questions for you guys. How often should I water them? Do they need to be in a super sunny spot to grow or can they be in a slightly shady spot? What kind of nutrients should I get? And is there any sort of nutrient I could buy locally that will work during both vegetating and blooming stages?

You should water the soil before putting seeds.
While the plant is small (less than week or so), soil must be always moisture, but not too soaked moisture, that's why growers usually spray water on soil.
If they haven't showed any green material, they can be even in dark warm place, but when plant sprouts out of the ground - it needs sun.
Don't fertilize young plants, they might die. wait 2-3 weeks to fertilize.
You could certainly buy any sort of nutrients locally.

In seedling stage keep the soil consistently moist but not dripping wet.
Cannabis prefers full sun, partial shade will encourage lanky growth between nodes and loose budset.
I recommend organic nutrients, especially if you are growing outside, it's not very nice to dump synthetics into the environment. I don't see any reason you'll have trouble finding nutrients locally. You will need 2 fertilizers, there's none that are good for both stages of growth.

There has to be thousands of growers using the Lucas formula throughout veg and flowering.
Also H&G and Canna come to mind for 2 part nutrients that are used for both veg and flowering. Both are favorites amongst coco growers.

Since you are planting them in the ground I suggest digging holes and making some sort of organic soil mix to plant them in that feeds them as they grow. No point using high dollar nutrients on plants going in the ground.
