SmOakland's first HPS grow questions

Here I am, venturing out of TSL and the Dome to get serious about growing tha ganj. As you may or may not know, I am a student in Louisiana, but will grow some tree when I go back to California for the summer. Because I will only be in CA about 3 months, time is of the essence. I want to build a grow box over spring break (next week) so that I can buy clones the day I get back in May and get them going. My question is this: what should be the dimensions of my grow box if i were to order this http://www.rvfgardensupply.com/cgi/display.cgi?item_num=CL5020? I don't know if I will order this exact one, but I am thinking 250 watts is the right number for my situation. I know this will cover about 5 square feet, but what should the dimensions of a box be? Should it be 2'x3' or square or what? I plan on just getting some plywood, 2x4s, and flat white paint to make the box out of. I have two computer fans lying around that I will screw on for ventilation.
Any suggestions, tips, or links to similar grows would be appreciated.

Are two computer fans enough to successfully reduce the heat generated by a 250W HPS in a small cab?

I would put another fan on the light and stuff. The computer fans would be attached to the cab.

Its hard to say whether or not you will have issues with heat. Here is why I say this:
That's my light (400Watt) and my cooling(125 mm - 410 m³/h.) The light still gets pretty hot. You are thinking of using computer fans...
If you have a fan right on the light, then two others pulling air in and pushing air out and finally your cab sits in a well ventilated area with a fairly low ambient temperature, I think you might be ok. Be prepared though to buy some more computer fans.

A 400watt covers 4x4 sq feet with the 250 your looking at about 2.5 sq feet of coverage to produce the lumen's needed for a cannabis plant.
