My seedlings leaves have a noticable arch to them, will too much heat cause thier leaves to have an arch similar to an upside down U, its not that bad they just have an arch and arent perky.

did you recently repot them, or transfer them?
any time ive transfered a seedling and let the majority of roots hit air and not stay in soil, my plants go limp and it takes some serious saving power

They are in 1 part perlite, 1 part verm, 1 part peat moss.
I didnt have holes in the bottoms of the ones that droop.
The temps reach about 83 sometimes.
I cut some holes for drainage after reading ur first post.
They look healthy but they arent perky, just kind of limp.

About a ft away from a hps sitting on top of a glass cover. My lower exhaust fan isnt running because i need to buy a cord for it, which is the reason im having some temp issues atm.
its like this ______________ <--exhaust in this room HPS ______________ <-- Glass shelf
<-- another exhaust but currently not running

It must be I was being kind of plentiful with the water since the tope inch of the soil dries up very quickly, and with no drainage holes that could have been the problem.

dude its better to under water than over water in almost ALL circumstances.
83 isnt too hot, but get that other exhaust fixed asap. do you have a fan in there or somethin while your exhaust is broke?

Heat stress usually curls the tips and the edges of the leaves upward. Under-watering will cause the leaves and stems to droop and look weak. Nutrient overdose usually curls the tips of the leaves under like a rams horn.
Always get some drainage holes in your pots as too much water drowns roots by cutting off their supply of oxygen. There needs to be constant flow of excess water and nutrient solution especially if you need to flush. Also make sure you have good ventilation since plants need to transpire water into air and be vented out of the grow room.
