Today I was re arranging my grow box and bam! The cfl bulb was laying on top of the top leaves.. It was on em for about 30 secs but enough to make the top 2 limp.. ;(. So I pinche them off since they looked pretty dead..
Can it still live? I think it was a female since it's been 2 weeks and saw a tiny orange white hair on the top leaves..
Should I just throw it away?

First off, you should very rarely be pinching things off of your plants unless you know what you are doing; Thirty seconds of CFL love will not be enough to burn a plant, let alone kill it, so relax. Let your babies recover from your mishandling. Secondly, secure your light properly, if it fell when you weren't there you really could kill them.
Thirdly, you cannot sex a plant at two weeks. Also, the hairs that you are going to be looking for are not on the leaves, they are at the intersection of the branches and stems.
