I think I'm going to upgrade my grow space and get it out of my bedroom...
I plan on using part of a bedroom I'm currently using for storage.
I think the space I will use will probably be 4x7.
I know my 400watt wont even come close to filling that much space so I'm also intending on getting a new 600watt HPS
I haven't bought it yet but I'm really thinking hard about it. I want to get this whole thing planned before I act.
I figure I could use 4x4 of that space for flowering with the 600 watt and if the stuff gets too big toss in the 400watt to help with the other 3 feet.
Which leads me to my question.
Would a 4inch ebay carbon filter package be sufficient for this small space that I think I might grow in?
Will I regret not getting the 6inch?
I plan on just sectioning off the space with some plastic, so it wont be an actual permanent structure.
Hey man not to be nosey but do you grow in an apartment by chance? I'm going to be doing that soon and want to know if you have had any suggestions. As for your fan just look at how many CFM it has and then measure your space. I think you want all of the air to be replaced twice a min?....dont quote me on that though. I will look it up.
LOL, well I would be the only one on my floor. And it will only be one plant. I suppose I should do something for the smell though. What strain did you grow last? I dont need any fuckin Iowa cops knockin at my door.

Go with the 6" fan if you can afford it, that way if you ever decide to upgrade it's one less thing you have to buy. If the fan is somehow too strong for your room (with those dimensions it's highly unlikely) a speed controller can help bring the level down.
