Would a 265cfm blower be enough to remove the heat from a 250w hps in a room that is 2x2x4, with another 1.5ft below airspace connected (res and stuff sits down there and its where the intake is)? Pulling air threw a scrubber then just blowing it into the atmosphere?
My original idea was to try and have an air cooled hood. Draw air threw the scrubber; threw the blower; then pushed over the hood and out but i cant make it work. Im having trouble fitting any reflector in my space really; thats why i'll prolly just run a open wing reflector with a 265cfm instead of the 150cfm i was gonna get...

Yes, your total cubic feet is 16. a 256 cfm fan is almost overkill.

Ventilation is key, but that is about 15x am much as you need.
You could just put it on a controller and dial it back though too, would also reduce ambient noise coming from your space.

Well, when i worked with a 400; i had the same fan and no matter what i tried; it wouldnt work. Then again; that was when i had room mate BS.. now his ass got shipped off hahaha
But i was worried about heat. again; i used 400; which is a bitch to get rid of heat in small spaces for. But the fan has 3 settings; its max setting is around 365cfms. I plan on running high (or med depending on temps) and then switch to low at high (again; to controll temps) but im still trying to wire up relays to allow that to happen. Im not so good with Relays or Electrical theory tables or whatever their called...
