Well I know aluminum gives off carcinogenic fumes when burned, brass tastes like shit, and stainless steel is just a bit harsh but I don't know if I've ever actually heard of any health risks with smoking from stainless steel so long as it isn't coated with anything.
I LOVE hotkniving it's my favorite method of smoking hash by far. It really would be a shame if they turned out to be dangerous. I know that titanium is perfectly fine to heat up maybe we could just find some titanium hot-knives? That'd be

Never seen anyone do it like that but I can see how that makes doing it without the assistance of a friend a lot easier.
