 upstairs grow room? (added a light question)

i have found a house in a little po-dunk town with a pop of like 75. no not 75,000 but 75.
it's a pretty chill town in the midwest and not full of snoopy haters.
but anyway the house has no basement. i would have to grow upstairs.
there are 2 rooms upstairs around 15x13 each and would like to pack 1 of them full maybe even both.
my worry is the lights. am i being paranoid or would helicopters be a real issue?

If the town is really that small I doubt you will ever see a helicopter the whole time you live there

that's a lot of fucking plants to fill that much space. you might not ever have helicopters, but I guarantee in a town that small someone is going to notice you hauling that much soil

it has a garage so i could just pull my vehicle in and carry it up unseen.
its been a long time since i have grown (like back in highschool)so im going to start small with bag seed just to get my barings.
i still have a lot of reading to do but cant wait to get rolling.

so for the 13x15 room i was thinking 6 750watt or 1000 watt hps.
is this overkill or could i get away with less with the right reflector?
i plan on doing a sog or maybe even scrog with soil and would like to fill it up.
i plan on keeping around 20 bonsai mothers and seedlings in a different room.

hahahaha. shit i just ordered another 4
nah just fukin with ya. i thought 10 lights was pretty damn high. i almost shit when you said 4 more.hahaha. was startin to wonder if i had to knock off a 7-11 for the rest.
actualy hopeing on a lot of heat. it's gonna be a cold winter and was thinkin about runnin the exhaust through the heat ducts in the house to save on heating.
the sq ft of the house is just over 1,000 so hoping it will save me a lot of propane.
oh btw thanks for the correction and not letting me think i wasn't 4 short!lol

was thinkin on building my own. i havent looked into the parts yet but was thinking of putting a couple of super oversized scrubbers in there. i want to use inline fans yadyadayada the reg. i already get activated charcoal super balls cheap. i get it through brewing sites. i also distill alcohol so i filter through activated charcoal.
that charcoal is bomb as hell! 1 time i ran 8 gallons of sugar wash in my still without clarifying. then i filter the undrinkable unbelievably skunky garbage shine throught the charcoal, and it went from gag worthy to top shelf!
can't wait to see what it does for my stanky danky!

i never thaught that 6,000 watts would raise any type of flag. after reading around here it seems people get pretty damn paranoid off of a 1000 watts.
i was thinking maybe splitting the room in the middle and running 1 side for 12hrs then when that side shuts off have the other turn on. that way i wont be showing any type of schedule.
any thoughts???
