Alright, i've just purchased a Triband 120watt LED Growlight for my grow room. The seeds i have are really just mersh with a few kush seeds in the mix.
Anyway the questions I have are thus:
Is this light as Badass as HTG makes it out to be?
How many plants can this light sustain?
How long should the light run a day?
and what kind of yield can I expect from a plant under this light. Assume the seeds are some shitty mersh plant.
and finally: Are there any reccomendations for a low smelling, indoor strain in need of no more than 6 foot ceilings?
First off welcome to the community! There's a lot of knowledgeable people around here to help you out.
Second, it's better to ask questions and then buy man. Of course they're going to call what they sell amazing. It may work out all right for you, I'm not a LED fan myself. I think for 300 bucks you could have done better.

No. It does well, but doesn't match up to their promotions.

This would depend on how large you want to grow the plants. I've done up to 15 small clones. The light is good for a bout four square foot of canopy.
Quote: [How long should the light run a day? /quote] during veg atleast 16 hours a day, you can go as high as 24 hours a day during this time as well. During flowering just 12 hour s a day.

This depend on skills, plants, and luck. But anywhere from 1 gram to 5 to 6 ozs are possible.

With that light, there is no need to go over 3 feet tall, I would recommend closer to 2 foot myself.
Thanks for the welcome man. I can always return the light. But I am looking for low power consumption so thats why I'm willing to spend the 300 on that rather than a Ballast system. I actually was looking at returning this and getting a 180watt 7band system for the same price..
