There is talk about opening dispensaries in the state where i live...hold on a sec i need to celebrate...   ..OK I'm good now ha ha. We can vote on the subject in November. I was wondering if any of you guys out in Cali were actively involved when dispensaries were legalized. I am goin to vote in November (obviously ). I am goin to do some research and see how things went out in Cali...but i was just wondering if any of you guys have any information you could throw at me.
A Few Questions....
Once dispensaries were legalized..how long did it take for the shops to pop up?
Is it at all possible to work at a dispensary?? ha ha (just curious)
So out in Cali does the government regulate how much mj that can be produced?
I'm off to search the web to gather more information...hit me up with some info guys..

they were never technically legal here until SB 420 in 04, they were quazi legal.

agree it was passed in 03 and effective in 2004
Passed 9/20/03, signed by Governor 10/13/2003, effective January 1

I am soooo stoked...hopefully the law is passed in november. Then the next challenge is becoming a patient...hmmmmm

here its very easy. Call and set up an appointment with the friendly staff. Show up talk to the doc. I brought prescriptions that i didnt want to take in which mj was useful however medical records from your pc dr works fine. It was very simple. Took maybe 1hr.

When it all goes down I hope it is easy for me too. But I'm not gonna get my hopes up yet or try not to at least.
I just wish november would het here faster so I can vote already! I'm gettin tired of rollin the dice on an outdoor grow every year...especially this year with all the damn rain we had in my area...may june and july we had solid fucking rain and no sun...and that's the honest truth. I would grow indoors but the wife ain't down with it....unless it's legal.
