MH Bulb question

I just bought this bulb at home depot and was wondering if anyone has experience with this particular make or model. I've got a Galaxy Digital ballast and sun systems hood/reflector. 400 watts. I am not 100% sure the bulb is compatible with the ballast/hood. It looks like a regular mh bulb that would work to me. I just am not sure about the ANSI M59/E ballast. Nowhere on the Galaxy ballast manual or box did it mention that and my brief research wasn't too successful. thanks for any help!

If the bulb fits, I think it would work.
I'm no expert here.

one of those $25 Home depot bulbs worked fine for 2 days in my Lumatek Digital balast. But then I got my Son Agro bulb and returned it. You should be fine though unless you notice dimm light output or an overly hot ballast.

Thanks guys! Although I spent $42 and not $25. I thought it'd be around 25 so i was shocked. They didn't have a large selection. I just plugged it in and it seems to work just fine. It lit up my room brighter than a strobe light that doesn't flicker. So I think I'm good to go on that. Thanks for your input fellas!
