To get a perpetual harvest I say root your clones for 3 weeks, veg for 3 weeks, and flower for 9 weeks. With 3 systems of whatever size you choose, that would give you a crop every 3 weeks. Giving that you replace the clones you move to veg, and replace the plants that you moved from veg to flower and so on.

I'll give you some rough measurements of my setup tonight when I get back from there. I keep my clones under fluorescents for the first 3weeks, or until a good root system shows. And your measurements that you have now for head space should be about right. When mine come out of veg they are usually between 12-18 inches tall which quickly changes once they hit flower.

Ok my friends area which was used for veg and cloning measures 50"Wx31"Dx50"H, and they sat raised 31 inches off the floor. But now that has been converted to a cloning closet which could hold at very least 92 clones from bonsai mothers.

No the clones will only be there for 3 weeks until being replaced. The clones are usually only about 6 inches max when leaving the closet, depending on how short or tall the cuttings was to begin with. Wish I could help you on the coir portion, but as of yet I have no experience in that department.
