I just received communication that my buddy got the cheap seeds I bought from cannibusseeds.
I did a little homework on the quality, but decided to go for it anyway. seemed like a good deal.
I'm new and recently got the opportunity for free equipment and 3 free clones. Everything was going swimmingly till I went on vacation. A (not so) trusted buddy was to watch out for them and didn't. One of the drip heads had fallen off the rockwool cubes and actually fallen off the table.
This in turn ended up drianing the entire 25 gal kiddie pool on to the floor. Pick your friends wisley. Lesson learned.
I am working with 3 different strains, and this is the ultimate test to see if they are what they say they are, and not just bagseed.
White Widdow - 28 Super Silver Haze - 12 Himalayan Gold - 14 Grand Total - 54
Now when I was younger I hear of people say that you could tell a seed was female by sticking it in a bowl of water and the female seeds would float to the middle, and the male seeds would float to the sides.
(again old wives tale) but, if this is the case...
All but 2 look good to me.
All the seeds have been on a 24 hr soak inside those shot glasses. I have moved them to the AeroGarden and set on the "Vegitable" setting.
The temp is never above 80F. Right Now I have 1 - 1000W on 24/7 when they go to the Flower 12/12. I will turn the other 1000W on and set them both to 12/12.
Quote: (Actually, one will be for 12 the other will be for 11 starting 30 min after the first and turning off 30 min before)
This plant is 23 inches already!!! the others need to catch up!
Well, it's been a while since my last update. Lost the camera. But here's updated pics.
I really am wondering the quality of the seeds I bought. They are in flower but they don't smell bad at all. Even after brushing up against them. Nothing.
There are a total of 8 plants that are female. 1 of those is a different strain. It started out as a "pigmy" we thought, but came to be the BEST looking one of the bunch.
and basically here is the rest. My whole table is FLOODED with this. don't get me wrong. there are buds, but they are so spaced apart, and every day I have to bend the branches down into the netting to keep from growing into the light.
I'm having a water leak problem. it keeps draining my reservoir. I just added some 6 mil plastic down to hopefully fix the problem. Doesn't seem to be dripping anymore.
The indica looking strain is doing quite nice. it's getting ripe
The sativa looking stuff is looking better, but still not like the other.

I promised pics of the after product, but I forgot... Sorry.
I will post pics of the butter I made and will later provide a link of my second/3rd grow as they are done together.
I received clones already ready and grew them up and have now cut my own to learn the process.. things are going great so far I think I have things stable and figured out.
Needing nutrient testers, ph meters for optimal performance. I have recently automated the cloning process... butter below.
